PLUMASSERIE IN PARIS.
All Sacco Baret bags in the “Prestige” selection are Made-To-Order limited editions. Each Prestige piece is feather adorned and numbered at the Sacco Baret Parisian Atelier, kept on file, and each bag is accompanied with its own authentication card which is numbered, dated and signed by the Sacco Baret artisan plumassier.
Sacco Baret proposes a “Commande Spéciale” service which was established for private clients. From the rarity of the plumes to the color and the specificity of the applications, this special order service reflects the House artisan’s inherent knowledge and expertise.
During the late 1800s many Parisian couture feather houses closed, leaving behind an archive of historical plumes. Part of these containing plumes belonging to exotic species that have since become protected by the Washington Convention. Many of these archives have been acquired by Sacco Baret, and these rare and beautiful plumes such as Bird of Paradise, Egret and Goura propose creations of unestimated value, and offer a piece of France’s couture history.
This exclusive service is based on request and by private appointment.
INSPIRED BY THE OLDEST SYMBOL OF FRENCH LUXURY
A bag versatile enough to be carried across the body, on the shoulder, in the hand, or as a clutch. This timeless bag from the Maison of Sacco Baret, takes inspiration from Louis XIV’s iconic Parisian monument, La Place Vendôme. This symbol of French luxury was built in 1702. The top view of this historic square and its octagonal shape inspired the geometric lines and structured silhouette of the Vendôme bag. Remaining true to the Sacco Baret code of celebrating and combining modern design with European artistry.
